Apply
Intended parents complete a guided application; surrogates start with a 2-minute eligibility quiz before theirs. Both take about 20 minutes, saved as you go.
You’ll create your account and verify your email along the way.

Get verified
Upload your documents: a government ID for everyone, and medical records for surrogates. A member of our team personally reviews every file. Nobody appears in matching until they clear.
Track application and document review progress in your dashboard.

Browse & match
See verified profiles with compatibility scoring. When you express interest, the other person can see it and respond. Mutual interest creates a proposed match.
A proposed match gives both of you a 7-day window to accept.
- 04
Final screening
After you both accept, our team tracks background checks for both parties and a psychological evaluation for the surrogate. An intended parent background check may already have started at application approval.
You can follow progress in your dashboard. A coordinator can arrange an intro call during this stage.

Matched
Our team reviews screening and the intended parent success-fee deposit before confirming your match. Confirmation opens direct messaging. Your journey continues with your clinic and attorney.
